The Level bar in your character profile is now up.
For every 100 experience you have, you can add one level.
You start with 1/25 (Tier 1) or 1/75 (Tier 4)
Current/max at Tier
Whenever you promote (only available if you start on tier 1)
You add 25 to your Current level, and that makes your new maximum.
For instance, if you promote at level 25, you'd change your level bar to 25/50
But if you promoted earlier, at lets say.. level 18, you'd change the bar to 18/43
Records of promotion will be kept in the promotion area just to make sure people aren't cheating to promote earlier but still get all 150 levels.
